Frequently Asked Questions

Below are the most frequently asked questions (and answers) that you can use for your FAQ page. Feel free to use these questions as a template or inspiration for your webshop.

Order and delivery

Question: When can I expect my order?

Answer: The average delivery time is 12-15 days. This is because our products are shipped directly to you from the supplier. This unique business model allows us to make huge savings on storage and transportation costs and allows us to offer the products at a lower price than our competitors and take care of the shipping costs.

Question: The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order!

Answer: In 99% of the cases the orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately it may happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order using the following link:

Have you not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time? Please contact us.

Question: I am missing some products with my order, how is that possible?

Answer: Because we work with different suppliers it is possible that products are shipped separately. If items are missing from your order you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: The shipping costs of the order are for our own account on orders over $99

*Sometimes we give away some items for FREE as a promotion. To cover the costs we charge 6,95 for shipping costs.

Exchanges and returns

Question: I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Answer: Yes. You can return any order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Question: I want to return an item, what should I do?

Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition with labels and tags attached. The product must not contain traces of use.
A return shipment should always include Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we have received your returned items, we will make sure that the purchase amount is in your account within 14 days.

Track and Trace

Question: Where can I find my Track and Trace code?

Answer: On this page [Track & Trace] you can enter your e-mail address and order number to track your package.

Question: The Track and Trace code shows no information, how is this possible?

Answer: From the moment your package has arrived at the mail order company, the Track and Trace information is available. Keep in mind that there may be some delay in between.
